How to Renew Your IICRC Certification
To keep your IICRC certification active, there are 2 steps to follow:
1. Pay the Annual Renewal Fee
Each year, the IICRC will send you an invoice for your renewal fee.
2. Earn 14 IICRC Continuing Education Credits (CECs) Every Four Years
Technicians must earn 14 CECs every four years. One CEC is equivalent to one hour of education. You can earn CECs in IICRC certification courses, participating in industry-related events, or in our self-paced on-demand courses.
Note: If you hold an IICRC Master Designation or Inspector Certification, 14 CECs must be earned every 2 years.
